The space The space ➜ 1400 ft² / 130 m² of space ➜ Highspeed internet access ➜ Smart TV available with internal apps in basement living room ➜ Main and basement living rooms complete with regular couch sets ➜ Master bedroom features a cozy Queen sized bed ➜ Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a Double sized bed ➜ Two (2) clean and sanitized full bathrooms ➜ Washer and dryer machines for guests to use ➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels ➜ Kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove ➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Guest access ➤Just a quick heads-up! In winter, it's best to avoid the backyard as the stairs might not be cleared of snow or ice. Safety first! ➤ Two (2) driveway parking spaces available. ➤ Guests will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home! Other things to note ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off.
