Let yourself be seduced by this accommodation nestled between land and sea. With a total area of 25 m2, this "mini house" by the sea is nonetheless comfortable! Living room, wood stove, mezzanine bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, garden & lots of poetry await you in this enchanting and preserved setting. The space "Le P'tit Baigneur" is a lifestyle: Simple & bohemian, in the heart of generous nature and less than a minute walk from the beach. Enchanting 🌞🌊 Alone or as a couple, this property in a unique location nestled in the heart of one of the most popular coves of Cotentin, will offer you simple and quiet happiness. With a total area of 25 m2, this house consists of: - a living room with wood-burning stove - a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed, complemented by its mezzanine with a 180 cm double bed. - a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - a small fully equipped kitchen Thanks to its internet box, it will be possible to telecommute there. The house is decorated with a completely private bucolic, peaceful and charming garden. (Partially fenced due to the geography of the seaside location). Great for 🏄 surfers NB, Toilet and bathroom not wheelchair accessible. Interior staircase with alternating steps. Guest access The house is accessible by car. Free public parking is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Unfortunately, Due to the geographical location of the chalet and its various access difficulties (these steep and narrow paths, these different stairs) the accommodation is not at all suitable for people with disabilities and for the same reasons not recommended for the elderly. Other things to note In view of the geography and location of the house, all minors must be accompanied by adult guardians. It is forbidden to leave minors alone without adults and guardians. Any presence of children will be subject to increased supervision by referring adults. Unfortunately the house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The house is strongly discouraged for the elderly. The house is offered for up to two guests. The spirit and location of the house is ideal for surfers 🌊🏄‍♂️ Finally, please note that I do not offer a hotel service but, my small chalet with its imperfections and its multiple charms!
