Piña Picante is located in the gated community of Cocomarindo which is a 4 minute walk to the amazing Del Coco Beach, a 10 minute walk to the town center of Coco, and only a 30 minute drive to the Liberia airport. The space You’ll feel right at home in this awesome two bedroom condo, it has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare a great meal. You can either cook inside or enjoy the BBQ outside on the private patio. You can even try your luck on rising tide to catch a fish for dinner with the supplied rod, reel and tackle. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, flat screen TV with Amazon Fire TV, and lots of closet space to unpack. Bedroom #2 has a double bed also with lots of space to unpack leaving you to feel right at home. The living room has a comfy L shaped microfiber couch with lots of room to chill and a flat screen TV with a digital smart box allowing you to enjoy your favourite streaming apps or watch one of the many cable channels. Enjoy listening to your favourite tunes with our Bluetooth sound bar. This is a very friendly complex, where you will enjoy using our zero gravity chairs at the amazing pool surrounded by the green oasis like gardens. You will be delighted to catch a glimpse of the monkeys frolicking in the trees around the complex, or perhaps see one of the resident iguanas in the mornings as you drink your Costa Rican coffee on the patio.
