The light rail takes you directly to Union Station in about 10 to 15 minutes, where it’s a short walk to Coors Field for Rockies games. Nearby neighborhoods like Highlands, LoHi, and RiNo offer great restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and nightlife. Popular Colorado destinations are all within easy driving distance, including Red Rocks Amphitheater and Golden, Boulder, and the Rocky Mountains. Lots of parking is available in the driveway. Please note the driveway may be icy during winter months. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Pets are not permitted. Streaming services are available on the smart TV, but guests must log in with their own accounts. The front and backyard are separately fenced. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times. Colorado weather can change quickly. Outdoor amenities may be limited during certain seasons.
