The apartment is spread over the ground and basement area, elegantly furnished, consisting of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, two large living rooms, a veranda and an outdoor garden. Equipped with all comforts, it is ideal for staying in the city. Behind the Molentargius park, the cradle of the pink flamingo that has chosen it to nest, 2 km from the long and beautiful Poetto beach, a short walk from the Monteurpinu park, and less than 1 km from the Cagliaritana nightlife, you will find a unique and welcoming structure to spend an unforgettable holiday of relaxation with all the necessary comforts. Guest access Walking through an elegant entrance, you enter the apartment on the ground floor, where, as soon as you enter, you will find a large living area with a table, a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooker, refrigerator, oven and microwave, equipped with dishes and pots, a breakfast area with a coffee machine and pods, a toaster, a kettle, and a sofa area with an LED TV. Continuing, we enter the sleeping area consisting of two air-conditioned double bedrooms. In the first largest, called Fenicotteri, you will find an extra-size double bed 1.60×2.03, a set of four pillows, a quilt, a wardrobe with drawers, hangers and a suitcase holder. In the second, called Acquario, a double bed, a set of four pillows, a quilt and a clothes rack with hangers. Finally, a bathroom equipped with every accessory with a large 160×70 walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, sink with storage cabinet, hairdryer, and shampoo-shower. And finally, a large veranda, with a small green oasis attached, with a seating area will welcome you for breakfast, brunch or an aperitif at sunset, where you can start and end your vacation days. A comfortable internal staircase will then lead you to the basement floor where there is a spacious living area with elegant sofas to watch a movie, read a book that you will find scattered throughout the house or enjoy playing a vintage piano that awaits a guest to be used. Adjacent you will find a breakfast area with a large table and an equipped corner in case the occupants of the third double bedroom want more privacy. Finally, the third spacious double bedroom with an extra-size bed, a set of four pillows, a quilt, a clothes rack and a suitcase holder and an Empire-style dresser with drawers. The floor is completed by a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, hand shower, sink with storage drawer, and shower shampoo. The basement floor is accessed beyond the internal staircase, also by an armored, autonomous entrance door, which allows two children or a couple traveling together to be independent.
