Gym is 100php per head per use All amenity fee are payable at the admin’s office Other things to note Important: Once booking is confirmed, we require our guests to send a copy of Valid ID/ School ID of every staying guest as this mandatory requirement of the building admin and security. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free check in. -One time set up of Linens, towels and Toiletries. -Swimming pool rate is 150/head per use ( regular days) and 300/head per use on holidays. Payable at admin’s office - Number of towels and basic toiletries will set up according to the number of guests declared. -Swimming pool has a FEE of 150php per head per use. Payable to the admin office -Gym is 150php per head per use. - there is a pay parking (depends on availabilty upon entry) and there is a parking for reservation (sure slot, 400 per night) if you want the sure slot parking, kindly inform us ahead of time or prior to check in, so we can arrange and find slot. other things to note [Shortening of nights and rescheduling] Within 48 hours of booking and more than 1 week before check-in Acceptable.We will refund the difference due to shortening and rescheduling. Less than 1 week before check-in You will be asked to pay half of the number of days that have been shortened and rescheduled. Payment will be after you check out.
