The space One bedroom has a queen-sized bed; The other bedroom has a king-size bed. This is a downstairs unit with a patio. Easy access to get into the apartment (2 steps). Fully equipped for a short or long-term stay. Guest access Need several apts for friends or family, we have 3 Airbnbs in this building: airbnb.com/h/vintagejewel airbnb.com/h/vintagetreasure Guests may park in front of the apartment building. Pull forward so as not to block the mailboxes. There is also room for 2 vehicles (per apt) to park behind the building; pull straight in. This downstairs apartment has 2 steps (an easy entrance). Both entrances have security cameras. (There are no cameras inside the apartments.) Other things to note Are you traveling through Piqua (on I-75) and need a one or two night stay? Send us a message. We have 1-4 night minimums, but we might be able to accommodate your stay. Are you traveling with a pet? If so, send us a request. 1.) We prefer that your pet is not left alone in the apartment. 2.) Clean up after your pet. 3.) You agree to pay a $25.00 fee. 4.) Dogs must be on a leash when outside. You may hear an occasional train whistle that adds to the small town charm.
