Guest access After checking in at the hotel reception, guests will have access to the apartment and its features. Other things to note The rules of coexistence of Hotel Cullinan must be observed by guests (Convention and Statute). Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, as well as the use of aromatic incense. No pets The use of illicit drugs, tobacco or straw cigarettes is prohibited. It is forbidden to use the apartment as a point of commerce, constant reception of random visits or any other activity other than housing within the moral, social and customary precepts. Extra pay-per-use expenses not included in this contract must be requested and paid directly at the hotel reception. (E.g. room service, consummation, etc.). Debts left after check-out will be deducted from the security fee, plus administrative fees. Hygiene Items: We offer soap and toilet paper. We do not have in the flat: Shampoo, Conditioner, minibar items (water, soda, beverages in general). Housekeeping (collecting garbage, cleaning the bathroom and floor, making the bed) can be requested daily. Bed linens, such as a gray double-sided blanket, blue bedspread, Jacquard blanket with its pillows and clean towels are provided by the host and not by the hotel and will be available at check-in. In the kitchen, an induction cooktop, frying pan, grill, as well as all the utensils for use to make a meal on site are available. Covered parking operates on a rotating system upon availability (as a courtesy, the owner disclaims civil/criminal liability for damage, theft or robbery). There is a possibility of parking in a free public area in front of the hotel. Damage to property caused by misuse/deliberate actions will be deducted from the security fee, the amount of which, if exceeded, will be charged to the guest by lawsuit or agreement between the parties. The property has a safe, the code for which is individual and non-transferable. Therefore, the guest is fully responsible for valuables in his/her custody. Copies of the guest's photo identification document(s) and CPF must be made available prior to check-in. Visitors are not allowed inside the property (nor in the pool, sauna and fitness center areas), much less overnight guests who have not checked in. The full amount of one night's stay will be charged for each violation of this rule. The maximum check-out time (11 a.m.) must be strictly adhered to. A delay of 30 minutes (11:30 a.m.) will be tolerated. If the guest is even later and checks out by 2 p.m., they will be charged 50% of the daily rate. After 2 p.m., you will pay a full night's stay without discounts. In the event that there is a reservation for another guest for the same night, all expenses for the relocation of the same will be passed on to the previous guest. Please check the interior of the apartment carefully before checking out to avoid forgetting any items, as there is no way to store them and they will be donated or discarded at check-out.
