The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept. One bedroom is an ensuite with a king-size bed, small walk-in closet and private bathroom. Enjoy air- conditioning comfort. Two bedrooms share one bathroom. Both rooms are furnished with built in dressers and wardrobes. One with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. Both are equipped with air conditioning units. There is a small porch at the entrance of the property and a larger porch facing the Caribbean Sea and setting sun. Upon entry, you’re welcomed into a small foyer looking into the living room and a powder room on the right. The house is built on very high stilts, approximately 3 levels. Only the top floor is currently built. The front yard is completed and accommodates parking. The property is easily accessible. A private concrete road has been completed leading to the property, approximately 30 seconds from the main road. There are houses currently under construction nearby but won’t cause a disturbance. Guest access Guests have full access to the top floor of the property. Level one and the ground floor are incomplete. Given the height, guests should avoid accessing the lower levels. Other things to note LDM is nestled in a quiet residential area within close driving proximity to the city centre and Gros-Islet. It is beautifully furnished and boasts breathtaking sea views. There are trees and greenery in the area. A private road to the property, is paved for ease of vehicular access. It takes approximately 30 seconds from the main road to the property via the paved road.
