Village foot in the sand on Itacimirim beach, 5km away from Praia do Forte. Full outdoor leisure area, adult and child pool, gourmet area, barbecue, freezer, ice machine and park. The apt has three suites (w/ split), living/dining room, full kitchen, service area, washing machine and portable barbecue. Wi-fi 2 garages. Minimum stay 2 days. Minimum Carnival 5 days. New Year's Eve minimum 7 nights or package of R$10,000.00 for up to 6 people. The space The village has two beach chairs, a sun umbrella, a plastic cooler and a hammock. The rent includes the consumption of up to 100 kWh of energy per stay. After that, a fee of R$ 0.80 per excess kWh will be charged, so it is advisable to leave the air-conditioners off when the rooms are empty. - No pets allowed. Condominium Rules: Loud noise is not allowed, as it disturbs the neighbors. Eating in the pool is not allowed, nor is the use of glassware or breakable or sharp objects inside the pool. Towels or any items may not be hung on the windows. Removing furniture from the pool or kiosk area to the apartments or using the furniture irregularly or damaging it is not allowed. Exceeding the number of guests indicated in this listing is not allowed. Pets will not be allowed in this unit, if an exception occurs by deliberation of the owner, only domestic animals will be allowed and, even so, they cannot transit through the common area of the village outside the owner's lap, not even on a leash. Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the possibility of payment of an initial fine of R$ 450. In recurring cases, the second fine is R$ 900.00 (according to the collective agreement and condominium regulations), to be borne by the tenant and the possibility of canceling the contract.
