This is an average of historical stays and my personal family stay over a month at the apartment using the AC units and other electric appliances in a month in the daily bases. By booking with us for a long stay you are agreeing that if the consumption exceed the $700.000 COP a month you will pay the additional charge as we understand that you don’t mind using the appliances and specially the AC units to an extreme 24/7 usage because is your preference. $700.000 covers the usage of the living room unit during the day and the consumption of the there other units in the bedroom AC during the night for 10 hours.
