JACUZZI ACCESS AT AN ADDITIONAL COST The space This unique house is located on a large lot with free and secure parking for up to 12 cars. Access to the parking lot is via a closed gate, and lockboxes are available next door for self entry. Property is composed as follows: - Ground floor (up to 13 people + 2 infants): -4 bedrooms: 4 double beds, 2 umbrella beds (sheets provided), and 1 bunk bed (1 double bed and 1 single) -Large living room with a TV 207 cm, board games, 3 modular tables (for 20 people) and a corner sofa (sofa bed for 2 people/Sheets not provided for sofa beds) - Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher (pellets provided), oven, induction hob, pots, cutlery, two raclette services, a bean coffee maker and a Senseo with quality coffee available. -2 showers with towels provided and 1 toilet - Terrace with garden furniture and 2 charcoal barbecues (provide your charcoal) -Buanderie with washing machine (detergent provided) If you are more than 4, you will also have access to the floor: -2 bedrooms: 2 double beds and 2 single beds -Living room with corner sofa (sofa bed for 2/Sheets not provided for sofa beds) and TV -Kitchen fully equipped -Shower / toilet -Balcony with outdoor seating The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic for Wi-Fi, a water softener and air conditioning. The garden is enclosed, not opposite, and pets are allowed with extra charge. I am a thoughtful host, making sure to keep the house clean and offering a memorable experience.
