The bathroom is located down stairs to the rear of the house. Well behaved pets and their owners allowed. The space The property has a cosy downstairs with a living and dinning room large enough for up to 4 guests. You will love the warm and cosy feel that this property offers. The living room area has very comfortable seating for up to 4 people, Smart TV and DVD player. You can also enjoy the use of our Bluetooth stereo, DVD's, board games and the eclectic style of books on display. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink. It looks over to the rear court yard. the dinning table will seat up to 4 people with a high chair available for smaller children. In warmer months you can enjoy the rear court yard for socialising, relaxing and eating. There is 1 large bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom, both have double beds. 2 towels for each guest is provided. The bathroom is located downstairs and has a bath and shower.
