Small back yard with sitting area Guest access Lock box Other things to note Golygfa’r Orsaf Can fit 4 guests comfortably, however there is space for 1 extra child/teen with a pull out Single Sofa bed. OPEN FIRE. No fire-lighter’s or logs or smokeless fuel is supplied, this can be bought from the petrol station on the street or co-op on the high street Fire guard to be used at all times. Fire never to be left unattended. Only shop bought sacked logs or smokeless fuel briquettes to be used as fuel. No burning of any rubbish or plastic. Any cleaning of ashes to be done when completely cooled, and disposed of into supplied metal bucket and then left outside in back yard. Fire extinguisher can be found in kitchen next to hob. HEATING. Central heating is a smart system, if any windows or external doors are opened whilst the heating is on, the sensors will automatically turn the boiler off and your desired temperature will have to be re selected on closing the windows or doors. If leaving the property unattended , heating is to be left on no higher than 18 degrees. Anyone found tampering with the smart functions of the heating will be removed from the property immediately. These functions help us keep the cost of the cottage competitive. ROUTER & HEATING HUB. To be left on at all times.
