Renters do not have access to the house or the barndominium or their surrounding areas. Only the RV spot and its immediate vicinity are available in this listing. Normal trash haul is also included. The space It is a very quiet spot with the exception of chirping birds and braying donkeys. Feral cats are all around and occasionally a coyote will come looking for prey at night. Guest access The only property access is the immediate vicinity of the RV hookup and the concrete pad. Other things to note Proper and safe use of the fire pit is expected to be observed. Any trespassing in or around the immediate vicinity of the house or the barndominium will not be tolerated and is cause for immediate eviction without refund.
