Otherwise, the guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Parking - We're in a coupon parking zone, so the first two hours of parking are free. To park for longer, you'll need a coupon, which costs $18.50 per day and can be purchased via an App, or at the supermarket. Coupon parking rules apply Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Do not park in the resident's parking spots (yellow lines) or you will likely get a ticket!
