The house is at the end of our farmhouse. It consists of a studio on the ground floor with a bedroom accessible upstairs by an external staircase. The gîte comprises of: - A self-contained studio with a kitchen area, bathroom and toilet, a sleeping area with a 140 cm bed, and the very comfortable sofa bed in the living room with a 160 cm mattress - A double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and including bathroom and toilet. Possibility to swim there - (40 min) Beautiful historic town of Brantôme, nicknamed The Venice of Périgord. Many activities (cave visits, canoeing, hiking), shops and restaurants on site - (1 hr) Périgueux, Angoulême, Limoges INFORMATION TO NOTE: 🛌 Sheets and towels are not provided for one-night stays (unless for an extra fee). They are provided for stays of 2 nights or more. 👭 The 2 hosts live on site. 🐾 Dogs are allowed, they must be kept on a leash throughout the property (this is to preserve the tranquility of our 2 cats living on site) and droppings must be picked up immediately for the comfort of all :) 🧹 The accommodation must be left clean, the sheets removed, garbage cans emptied, floors clean, etc. (see internal regulations in the accommodation) 💶 A deposit check of €150 may be requested for the key exchange 🌊 The swimming pool is unheated, it is turned on by June 1st at the latest and until September depending on the temperatures 🤸 The studio has a low ceiling so may not be ideal for very tall people (1m90 or more)
