Hello welcome to our 3 bedroom apartment. We are 2 blocks middle of Lleras. Side street off of poblado ave. We have a small balcony. Full kitchen. Washer dryer. WiFi. 3 in suite bedrooms with bathrooms. Plus a half bath. We are on the second floor. There’s no elevator here. There’s no security guard. The apartment has both AC and a little jacuzzi spa. You don’t need a car here. You can have guests. They should all have ID. You can make a little noise here. We understand. The space Important info to consider. As I look for myself to rent a place here in Medellín. I noticed house rules at other places. There horrible. Must register guests before hand. Maximum amount of people is 2 in a 2 bedroom. Fines for this fines for that. At my places. It’s your place. Have guests. Make sure they have ID. We rent to adults. Use good judgement. There is no extra fees for anything. Unless of course you break something. Then we charge you exactly the cost. No upcharge. We even send invoice we paid to fix it.
