The studio is located on a peaceful and picturesque street a short 2 km drive to Long point Vineyard, 10 minutes to Lake Cathie town and some of the most beautiful and under rated beaches on the NSW coast. The space A spacious 1 bedroom studio, sleeps 4 with queen size bed and fold out koala couch. * Living area with TV & garden views. * Closable bedroom with ensuite and a dining area. * Amenities to make tea & toast. * Fluffy white towels and crisp white bedding supplied. Guest access Guests have seperate access to the guest suite with their own back garden and balcony. Access via right side of the house.
