Enjoy a relaxing visit to this spacious and family friendly home, only a five minute walk to the ocean! Plus, an amazing back patio with a grill and fire pit! Located only a block from the white sandy beaches of PCB, a five minute drive to St. Andrews State Park, and both the Captain Anderson's and the Lighthouse Marinas! If you are up for a little further drive, we are 15-20 minutes from Pier Park! The space This is a newly renovated 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home, with a large back patio! The home is an open concept with brand new appliances throughout! Room 1: King size bed with connected bathroom Room 2: Queen size bed Room 3: Queen size bed with sun porch access Room 4: Two sets of bunk beds (two double beds and two twin beds) Each bedroom has a large television with a Roku to access any app you'd like! Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with makeup removal towels and hair dryers! The back patio is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach, with a grill, Solo stove fire pit, and corn hole set! This is a family friendly home with both a pack and play bed and children's dinnerware, along with a few board games! There is a Keurig coffee maker for both pods and a pot of coffee! We will provide a few k-cups to get you started, but there is both a Publix and Walmart less than ten minutes away for any other coffee needs! Please note: In order to ensure the safety of our guests, there are outdoor cameras--however, there are no cameras inside! Other things to note *Early Check-in/Late Check out: If you would like to add an early check-in or late check-out for your stay, we may be able to accommodate you for an additional $50 for each.
