Casa Montaña has 1.5 acres of land with beautiful views surrounded by coffee farms. It is an excellent opportunity to connect with nature, enjoy, rest, and have an unforgettable family experience. The space Casa Montaña is located near towns such as Maricao, Las Marias, Lares, Adjuntas, Castañer, Ponce, Guánica, Lajas, among other with excellent tourist attractions and different places to eat. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, two bedrooms, TV, dining room, 400-gallon water cistern, wooden terrace, fire pit and private parking for up to three cars. It is prepared to accommodate up to eight people comfortably: First Bedroom: One Queen bed for two persons Second Bedroom: Two twin bunk beds for four persons Living room: Sofa bed that converts into two twin beds for two persons. The house is fully equipped with everything you need in the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. Due to the height of the property, it is not necessary to have air conditioners. We have a 2-night minimum stay, no pets allowed, and smoking is not permitted. The property has a backup 400-gallon water cistern and a 10KW power generator.
