Family Room in Great Snoring

Our Tudor farmhouse has been lived in by the Perowne family since 1845. Set in private gardens in the quiet, rural village of Great Snoring, Top Farm offers the perfect base to explore the North Norfolk coastline. Including nearby Thursford Steam Museum, perfect for their Christmas Show. We offer 2 rooms with en-suites, plus 1 family bedroom. Guests also have use of the private breakfast/sitting room. Where you can enjoy a cooked breakfast or warm up in front of the fire after a days exploring. The space The Family Room combines the quaint, cozy Blue Room with the roomy, generous Green Room to provide a space for up to 4 guests. The Blue Room includes a double bed, space for 2 guests. The Green Room offers a super kingsize bed or the option of converting into two large single beds, space for an additional 2 guests. Both bedrooms include a flat screen television, kettle with a selection of tea and coffees, and a hair dryer. The en-suite bathroom to the Blue Room converts into a family bathroom when both rooms are booked together. All towels and linen are provided within the stay. Wifi access is also complimentary during your stay. Breakfast: Guests will have plenty of choice when it comes to breakfast. From a full English, with our very own eggs at the heart. Have them one or four ways (poached, scrambled, boiled or fried), alongside smoked haddock or other options. For a lighter breakfast we offer yogurts, fresh fruit and cereal. All with a variety of tea, coffee and fruit juices. Guest access Free parking on a private drive to the front of Top Farm house is available for all guests. You will also have private access to the walled garden at the front of the house, perfect to relax in, and a great sun trap in the summer. Guests will also have access to the breakfast room in the evenings, with its exposed wooden beams and open fire place. A perfect sitting room to unwind and relax on the sofa after a busy day, or to play cards. During your stay We are a working family farm so can be busy at times, but give us a call and we will be happy to accommodate the best we can. Other things to note The entrance to the house from Thursford Road can be a bit tight so please take care on arrival.
