Cozy townhouse with space for the whole family in quiet surroundings ❤️ 2 private terraces and lawns outside the door If you want to experience Aarhus, but still be close to nature, shopping, public transport, etc., then this is the place The bus to Aarhus stops close to the house. The highway is 3 minutes from here, so you are quickly on your way to, for example, Djurs Sommerland or further on vacation. Shopping 200m away Please note there are beds for 4 people. For more people, it will be with a 140 cm air mattress The space You enter through the utility room with space for jackets and shoes. Washing machine, microwave and air fryer. Then you move on to the large, open kitchen and living room. The table can generally seat 6 people. But there are additional plates for both ends. There's plenty of room for everyone on the couch. There is 1 high chair. 2 exits to 2 private terraces. On the first floor you will find 3 rooms: bedroom with an elevation bed. Guest room with 140 cm double bed (and possibly bedding) as well as office, which unfortunately cannot be rented and is therefore locked. Bathroom with toilet and shower. On the terraces there are chairs/tables for 10 people in total. Right now, they are in 2 groups for morning and afternoon sun, respectively. There is a single sun lounger. The outdoor area (where there is grass) is common to the housing association, but for free use. These are big enough for a family football game. There is a small grass area that belongs to this home. There are several playgrounds nearby. Guest access The entire home you have available, but the office as a starting point will be locked. Other things to note Bed linen is included in the price, as well as 1 towel per person regardless of the length of your stay. If you want to have guests visit my house, this must be agreed in advance. Please note that this house is where I live on a daily basis. That is, there will be things in the closets, as in all other private homes :) Just like I move in again when you are out. So I hope you will take good care of my home :)
