This cute 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home sitting at 800 square feet boasts a brand new kitchen and private driveway with no shared spaces, ensuring a comfortable stay. Each room is designed for relaxation, featuring a queen-sized bed and magical fairy lights to create a serene ambiance. This is an older home I worked hard to remodel, it is not perfect. The space Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and TVs for your comfort and entertainment. Bedroom 1 is thoughtfully designed with a personal vanity and an L-shaped office desk perfect for getting ready with ease or staying productive in a comfortable workspace. The full-sized kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and a Keurig for your morning coffee. The bathroom features modern touches for your comfort. In the living room, unwind by the electric fireplace and enjoy the 65-inch TV. The dining area seats four, perfect for romantic meals near the fireplace. Step onto the porch and relax on the large swing for two, soaking in the vibrant surroundings. Murray Hill is a Historic Residental Neighborhood with families that have lived here for generations. The neighborhood is in transition with a mix of newer and older homes and there is construction underway in certain areas including the nearby I-10 highway. You are five minutes from the affluent Riverside neighborhood on the St. John’s river. The neighbors here are friendly and everyone looks out for each other. Minutes away from many local restaurants, shops and parks on the water. Guest access Guest are welcome to enjoy the entire front portion of the home including the porch, driveway and front yard. The backyard is not included in this reservation. The back access is off of the kitchen and blocked off with no access. This unit is part of a larger home with NO shared spaces :-) Entry is seamless with an electronic smart lock and sensor flood lights guide your path. Being located in Florida means you will see ducks, large birds and small lizards. All of which are friendly and we take care of our ducks, this is their home too so please be kind to them. Your Air BnB Hosts reside in the back of the home. The back access is off of the kitchen and has been sealed and soundproofed however small children are present so occasional noises can be heard. Located off busy street, activity until 9pm. Parties are not allowed in this home. If booking for a duration of 30 days or more, a rental agreement must be signed before booking can be confirmed. This space was designed to be a retreat, in the midst of the best that Jacksonville has to offer.
