It offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to town and local attractions. Phoenixville is a wonderful town with great dining and entertainment. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape or easy access to nearby wedding venues and events, this property truly offers the best of both worlds. The large back porch is my favorite part of the home. It is very peaceful to sit back and relax as you listen to the birds sing and feel a world away from your worries. The master bedroom and living room both have sliding glass doors to the porch. Beautiful mountain like views can be see from these rooms as well. This property features many new updates! We’ve added brand new mattresses, towels, bedding, area rugs, and pillows to ensure your comfort. We’ve replaced the wall-to-wall carpeting with stylish new flooring, and many areas have been recently renovated. * This is a large house and we are working on opening 2 additional rooms that aren't shown in the pictures. They will likely become a gym and a bedroom, bathroom, porch, kitchenette combination. One of these rooms is actually in the photo's but is currently open as a second game room for now. Once the connecting bathroom is done we will then set it up as a bedroom. I am calling it the 5th bedroom but It will depend on when you book if you will get a game room or bedroom for that one space. It just doesn't have convenient access to a bathroom until that is done so we are waiting to set it up that way. All 4 of the other bedrooms and rooms in the house are set up and completed as the pictures show. We won't be working on the house at all during your stay. We also just opened a new game room! At the moment it is its own separate space. You access it from an outside door. The 5th bedroom or second game room (depending on when you are booking for) is attached to this room so is also a separate space from the rest of the house. This is only temporary. Once we get the gym open there will be a path through the house to these rooms. Ample parking is available in the spacious driveway.
