You will have access to a charming outdoor terrace of 20 m2 located facing south, equipped with 2 deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, 2 folding tables and 4 chairs... On the 1st floor, a beautiful open kitchen with a central island Bar/Dining area for 4 people equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, hood, induction hob, wine cellar, toaster, electric kettle, piston coffee machine and Nespresso. Dishes and utensils provided (pots, pans, etc.) A drawer for spices, oils, vinegars, salt, pepper... Everything is within easy reach to cook like a Chef! It is designed for 3 children with 3 floor mattresses of 90 x 190 with pillows and duvet. They will have a large playroom with many toys (garage with cars, 24-hour circuit, Duplo...) and books. Children will have their own world... All bedding undergoes a cleaning protocol after each guest (mattress and bed base ventilation, anti-mite and bed bug treatment, mattress protector, pillow protector, sheet, pillow case and duvet cover cleaning at a minimum of 60°, and steam ironing). Your beds will be made upon arrival. A library with many books is reserved for you. This rental can accommodate babies (baby bed, high chair and stroller and protective barriers available). However, it is not recommended for children who are starting to walk because of the stairs. All rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning and electric roller shutters. You will have a parking space in front of the accommodation with direct street-side access to your front door. You have a free parking space in front of the accommodation (See Photo on the listing) Parking 2 vehicles (blocking pedestrian traffic) would expose you to a fine of 135 euros. Other vehicles cannot be parked in the condominium's private parking lot, but on Rue des Tilleuls or Place François Mauriac (Free Public Parking). We ask that the apartment be returned in the same condition as you found it. (basic cleaning is the responsibility of the traveler). Dishes need to be washed and put away. Dirty laundry gathered in the bathtub of the bathroom. Children's toys must be put away.
