The space The Gîte La Jauguette – Domaine du Flamand Just a short walk from the ocean, Gîte La Jauguette provides a tranquil and natural setting, perfect for couples, families, or small groups of friends. Inside, enjoy a bright and cozy living space with a comfortable lounge area, a dining nook, and a fully equipped open kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker…), designed to make you feel right at home. The gîte offers two carefully decorated and inviting bedrooms: – One bedroom with a double bed – One bedroom with two single beds The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. The toilets are separate for added convenience. A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Outside, take advantage of your private garden and large terrace, equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, parasol, and built-in barbecue—ideal for outdoor meals or peaceful afternoons in the shade of the pine trees. OUTDOORS – A Private Estate in the Heart of Nature Within a vast private forest estate of 4,200 hectares, you’ll enjoy an exceptional natural environment accessible only to residents. Kilometers of walking and cycling trails await you in a peaceful, unspoiled setting. The wild and lifeguarded beach of Le Pin Sec is just 900 meters away—perfect for swimming, surfing, or picnicking by the ocean. Bicycles can also be rented and delivered directly to the gîte for your convenience. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of €650 will be requested as part of your rental. This is a bank imprint only: it is neither blocked nor debited, and does not affect your card limit. Only a €8.10 service fee will be charged. Within 7 days of your departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition and in accordance with our terms and conditions, the deposit will be automatically released—no action required on your part.
