The Bamboo Room is spacious, bright, and air-conditioned. Its large windows flood the space with natural light. 🌿 You'll enjoy spectacular views of L'Ouet and the orange groves surrounding Casa Magnolia. 🌳🌅 The bathroom 🚿, located right next door, is shared with another room. A perfect place to unwind and breathe peace. 🌸 📍No public transportation. We are 3 km from Alzira. The space Casa Magnolia is spread over two floors: Ground Floor: Here you will find a cozy lounge for relaxation and entertainment, equipped with a billiard table and a fireplace, ideal for relaxing. There is also a bathroom, a covered interior patio and a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to enjoy shared moments. Second Floor: On this floor, there are 7 bedrooms. Six of them are available for rent, while the seventh is our home, since we live in the house. There are also 4 bathrooms: one is private and the other three are shared (every two bedrooms have access to a bathroom). In addition, we have an independent loft in another part of the house, which can accommodate 4 people, although its bathroom is a little further away. Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace with a majestic century-old magnolia tree, as well as an irrigation pond that feeds the orange and tangerine fields (bathing is not allowed in this area). There are ample outdoor spaces, perfect for strolling, sitting down to have a coffee or enjoying a good book. You will also find a private swimming pool, surrounded by orange trees, to cool off and relax in. Guest access The outdoor areas of Casa Magnolia are shared spaces where you can enjoy the outdoors, relax and connect with nature. 🌳 The kitchen is fully equipped 🍽️ and available for you to prepare your meals in total comfort. In addition, the bathrooms are at your disposal and are shared, always kept clean and well maintained. 🛁 The billiard room 🎱 is another ideal place to spend a fun and relaxing time in good company. In addition to these areas, we have large gardens 🌸, a terrace under the century-old magnolia tree 🌳, and a private pool to enjoy on warm days 🌞. These common spaces are designed to make you feel at home, enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay in a unique environment. Other things to note It is important to respect rest times to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. 🕯️ Casa Magnolia is surrounded by orange trees 🍊 and mountains 🏞️, so interaction with nature is common. You may encounter small visitors such as mosquitoes, wasps, birds and ants, which are part of the natural ecosystem that surrounds us. 🦋🐦 In addition, our irrigation pond is filled weekly 💧, which generates a relaxing sound of falling water, especially in the closest rooms.
