House of about 55 m² located 300 m from Toulport beach and about 4 km (10 min by bike) from the small town of Piriac-sur-mer (elected most beautiful village of Loire-Atlantique in 2024 and 5th favorite village of the French in 2017) Located on the coast between La Turballe and Mesquer-Quimiac, 20 minutes from the historic walled city of Guérande, in a quiet and pleasant private residence, with a private parking space and visitor spaces. The space The house comprises: On the ground floor: A large, refurbished and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, classic coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, babycook, high chair for baby). A living room with large 127 cm TV and fiber Wi-Fi, several board games for young and old. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) on the mezzanine. One bedroom with 2 bunk beds (folding crib available). Bed linen and bath towels are provided. We simply ask that you do a proper cleaning when you leave (everything you need is on site) even if our concierge passes between each rental, in particular to disinfect the bathroom and redo the beds. Please also gather all the linen used in the bathroom. Outside, a small enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, and summer kitchen with plancha (gas provided). Direct access to the beach by a small pedestrian path (300 m). NEW IN 2025: The washing machine has arrived and a summer kitchen has been made! Guest access a lockbox is located near the front door. Other things to note Several activities nearby: Municipal swimming pool, tree climbing, paintball, equestrian center, walled town of Guérande, Océarium du Croisic, visit to the salt marshes, many walks and very nice small coves, and of course the beach... You can freely access the tennis court, ping pong table and boules court available in the condominium. Beach games, shore fishing accessories, ping-pong and tennis rackets and balls, and pétanque balls will also be available to you. The house is ideal for a couple or family with one or two children.
