Welcome to our lakeside gem with all the comforts! 135 sqm winterized cottage with municipal water and sewage and fully-equipped kitchen. Here's everything you need from shower, bathtub and washing machine to TV and fireplace for rainy days. If it is hot, there is A/C and a jetty that is shared with the neighbors, 2 minutes' walk from the house. In the large bedroom, there is a double bed (180 cm) and a 105 cm bed. Patio on the front and back of the house, there is always a sunny place to sit! The patio at the back gets shade in the afternoon and there are also parasols for shade earlier in the day. In the garden, there are blueberry bushes, raspberry bushes, rhubarb and apple trees. Feel free to pick and eat what is ripe during your stay! :) The house has Wi-Fi with speed 250/250, TV and Apple TV are in the living room. Sofa bed for two people in the sunroom that is insulated, there are no blackout curtains and can therefore be hot in the summer. The sofa bed is made by pulling out the lower part of the sofa's left side. Extra duvets and pillows are available next to the bed in the master bedroom. In total, there are 4 single duvets (150x210 cm approx.), 1 double duvet (240x260 cm approx.) and 7 pillows (50x60 cm approx.).
