Guest access The guest will be contacted one day in advance and welcomed by Stay House staff at check-in, who will show the rooms and answer any questions they may have. - How does Check-in and Check-out work? CHECK-IN: The keys are delivered by a responsible person from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the PROPERTY ITSELF; after this time, a fee of R$ 100 will be charged for in-person check-in or the guest can pick up the keys in an external safe at the real estate agency at no cost. If the reservation is made on the same day, only the fee will be charged. CHECK-OUT: Occurs from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., check-out before 8 a.m. will be charged a fee.
