Situated on the outskirts of the peaceful coastal town of Pwllheli, the place has abundant space and amenities for larger groups. It offers stunning views of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and is in close proximity to many beautiful coastal beaches and nature walks. The space This fully furnished house is spread across three floors and offers five spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and heating. There is a bedroom on the ground floor which is perfectly suited to those who might have trouble with stairs. The large living area has a fireplace and a grand window through which mountain views of Eryri National Park can be enjoyed. The first bathroom is located on the ground floor and offers a luxurious steam shower. There is another bathroom on the first floor, alongside a seperate half bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances, making it perfect for entertaining a large group. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine and plenty of storage. There is a warm and inviting reading room downstairs, complete with its own fireplace. A staircase leads up to the cosy cinema room/study which comes equipped with a projector, Sonos soundsystem and DVD player. A door from the reading room leads outside to a lovely, private courtyard which has a BBQ grill. This continues onto the stunning, evergreen garden which s bordered by beautiful flowering plants and trees - perfect for a picnic in the sunshine! As mentioned, this house is ideal for a large group people. The expansive and secure garden makes it well suited to children as there is lots of space for them to explore and play. Please note that a travel cot or other baby amenities ie, high chair, are not provided. Guest access The house is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. There is a large driveway which can comfortably park two SUVs and possibly a third smaller vehicle. It can be accessed via lockbox, the code of which will be provided to you at time of booking.
