Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the cool crisp salt air of the ocean as you sit by a campfire and relax at night. Or take a stroll down to the beautiful Mavillette Beach only 10 minute walk or two minute drive from the cottage! You also have to option to check out the lighthouse that was originally built in 1859 or the fisherman’s memorial located on the same grounds! Or simply enjoy the beauty that comes with being by the coast! Located only 25 minutes from Yarmouth! The space You are not limited to the cottage please feel free to walk in the field and explore the property if you venture into the small patch of trees to the left you will discover what is left of a 150 year old apple orchard and original home that used to stand there, you are more than welcome to pick the apples they are very good when ripe. Also you may notice some wild life during your stay such as rabbits, raccoons, deer, a fox (who only appears in the early mornings) as well as many types of song birds! Guest access You are free you use the entire property with the exception of the tool shed it will be locked at all times it is for maintenance purposes only.
