Situated in a quiet and connected area - Quiet: During your stay you will not be disturbed by streetlights, noisy traffic or pedestrians. - Connected: Direct transportation links to East Croydon, Gatwick Airport, London Bridge, London Victoria. The space ** 1 king sized bed, 1 double sofa bed, 1 single sofa bed, storage room, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, lounge area, working desk with chairs, 2 mini fridges, 2 TV's and a dining area with chairs ** Bedroom: king sized bed (with a built in USB port and Bluetooth speakers), skylight windows with blackout blinds, bedside tables, a sofa bed, mini dining table with 2 chairs, a TV & a mini fridge! Lounge: Fully equipped kitchenette, a designated working space, with 2 comfortable work chairs, a cosy lounge area with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Storage room: Storage room for luggage and other relevant items on the first right, at the top of the stairs. Feel free to make use of this space, during your stay! Entertainment: TV in the lounge area and another in the bedroom upstairs, both with various streaming services included. (No extra cost) Guest access During your stay you will have full access to the whole property. We offer 2 parking spaces, which will be in a safe gated driveway, directly in front of the Annexe. - Gatwick Airport: 15 min via train, 20 min drive - East Croydon: 15 min via train, 30 min drive - London Bridge: 35 min via train - London Victoria: 32 min via train - London to Brighton Cycle Ride (Easy access to local train station to Clapham Common, to start your cycling journey) Stay over at the annexe, the night before your cycling journey, or stay over after cycling, to have a well deserved rest. - Avenue Verte (London to Paris Bike Ride) This route runs through the local area (Redhill), Our annexe is a perfect place to store your bike overnight, when you rest in the annexe. Early check-in (from 1pm) & late checkout (until midday) is available for an additional fee. Other things to note The Annexe is directly attached to our home - there is a separate entrance for each. There are no built-in doors or windows which link the house to the annexe from the inside, so you will have full privacy during your stay. We are a family with no young children or pets, so there should not be any disturbances during your stay.
