Cozy apartment - air conditioning - terrace

In a building with elevator listed in the "Architectes Bâtiments de France", the 45 m2 apartment is located on the second floor and can be described as cozy, modern and functional. It was renovated in 2024 to make it a cocoon and offers reversible air conditioning (a must!) as well as an intimate terrace. Facing south and at the back of the street, the apartment is peaceful. STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, GUESTS PROHIBITED. The space Welcoming both travelers wishing to discover the region and studious travelers coming to Cavaillon for work, the apartment will meet your search. A child sleeping in a baby bed (provided with sheets) will be welcome :) Bed linen and towels are provided Fiber optic internet access A separate and harmoniously decorated bedroom with a "melon frame" canopy, imprint of the land, offers you a double bed and access to the terrace. The sofa turns into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests. Guest access Entire apartment available, accessible by elevator or stairs in a secure residence. External female and/or male visits are strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Other things to note In the heart of the famous "melon city", aka Cavaillon, the apartment allows you to enjoy all the amenities that the city has to offer: grocery stores, bakeries, butcher, bars, restaurants, cinemas and much more... All the local shops are available to make your stay easier. The added bonus of the location: leave your car in one of the many free parking lots, you can do everything on foot! Unless you're coming by train? The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Cavaillon is ideally located to discover Provence. Between Luberon and Alpilles, the city allows you to access the gates of these two regional natural parks in 10 minutes. Among the best known villages you will find Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Eygalières, Gordes or Roussillon. Also, the Sorgues region, home to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known as "Little Venice of Provence", and Fontaine de Vaucluse, located 15 minutes from Cavaillon. Many tourist activities are possible: via ferrata, canoeing, hiking or mountain biking (we can help you rent bikes if you wish), visits to the hilltop villages of Luberon (Gordes 20 min, Ménerbes...).
