In Three Mile Bay w/ 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen/dining area (with counter dining), plus 2 stone decks, and a dock. There is over 500 feet of water frontage. This home has direct access to Lake Ontario. Has wood fireplace, generator, well water (filtration system) but please bring drinking water. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Has Wifi. No four-wheelers. If you do bring your boat to use the dock, an extra fee applies. Please ask. One pet maximum, a fee for per day of $30. The space Large two story living room, post and beam construction. First floor bedroom has access to shared bathroom. Second floor is 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A full kitchen and dining area. Pets accomodated with an additional fee, please ask first. Guest access Keys and safety alarm (smoke/fire/ burglary) Other things to note Please bring fresh water. You will need to access keys and then alarm code for the house. It’s a shore well so Lake Ontario water for bathing and laundry. A fee to use the dock applies for a boat and a damage waiver. Do not use if not approved and paid for.
