2BR Beachfront, Lowrise, Pool, Walk to Schooners

Two bedroom, one bath condo right on the beach in Panama City Beach. Nautical Watch is in the middle of all the fun things in PCB, it is half a mile west of Schooners and two miles east of Pineapple Willies. Too many restaurants, mini golf, go-carts and fun around to even list. The beach is a 45-second walk from my front door, and pool is right under the large balcony, a nice pool view. Washer/dryer, full kitchen. Master has a king, loft bedroom has 2 twins, and a queen pullout couch. The space The balcony is large, and has a nice view of the Nautical Watch pool, palm trees, and sun deck. Many renters eat dinner right on the balcony. The Nautical Watch complex is right on the water, but the balcony view is obstructed by a building in front of the condo. So it is a pool view, but the beach is a 45 second walk. Main bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and Roku TV. The loft bedroom is spiral staircase and two twin beds. One basic bathroom, full kitchen, cool TV room with a pullout queen sofa sleeper. Beach view is obstructed by another small building in my unit, but the beach is a 30 to 45 second walk. Awesome pool and beach access, it is a small complex.
