Welcome to our beautiful apartment, T2, accommodating up to 4 guests, located on a quiet street, you can reach the hyper center in a few minutes on foot or by transport. This place has private and secure parking. Ideal for people who don't like stairs 😉 or have reduced mobility. Our rates are all-inclusive (sheets and towels provided, Wi-Fi, cleaning, parking) and we will be your contacts (no automated messaging). ⚠️ Parties PROHIBITED The space With an area of 58 m², it is located on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence. This accommodation has a beautiful living room with TV, a sofa bed (new bedding), an equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, oven, coffee maker...), a bathroom with washing machine, 1 bedroom with a double bed (new bedding), Wi-Fi and bed and bath linens. This accommodation also has a private and secure parking space. Please note that when you arrive, the beds will be made and you will also have towels on site. A baby cot can be provided if you have a toddler. Please check its availability when BOOKING by sending a message. We offer late check-out on Sundays if we can. Please don't hesitate to ask.
