Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This Spanish style home is located on the beach, and the relaxing ocean roar can be heard throughout the entire home. The beach is pristine and beautiful. Stylish Mexican furniture, indoor fireplace, and outdoor fire pit. Located in a gated community with a 24 hour guard, perfect for family vacations, sleeps 20 people in 4 bedrooms. Off street parking. The space Parking only in the designated areas. Please clear the street and sidewalk of cars. We have a secondary parking lot a few steps away marked with a “Baja bound parking” sign. You can use this one too if necessary. Other things to note Our community is a fun and exciting way to enjoy the beach and other recreational activities. However, in the evening it is requested that quiet time after 10 PM be recognized. No live music allowed. Please no smoking in the house. Absolutely no off-road vehicles (motorcycles, razors, dune buggies, quads, etc) are allowed in our community or along the beach. Speed limit within our community is 5 MPH. Please note, there are many pedestrians and children present. This is a community rule and is taken very seriously. There is space at the house for 2 vehicles maximum - however the vehicles must be on the pavement (not the sand). Any other vehicles can be parked in the "Baja Bound" parking lot at the end of the block. Absolutely no fireworks - these are illegal in Mexico. Please respect the community -- no throwing trash. Keys MUST be left in the house upon check out. If the key is taken after check out or lost, there will be a $50.00 USD charge. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in fines. Please be aware that there are mosquitoes in the area, especially in the summer. Everyday activities of going inside and outside can introduce mosquitoes or flies inside the house; and of course they’re outside. You might want to use an insect repellant if sensitive, and the Host cannot be responsible for mosquito bites, bee/wasp stings or the like.
