Your dreamy cottage awaits. Newly built and thoughtfully designed, Madge’s Manor is centrally located in Talmadge. Fun fact: the Talmadge neighborhood was named after the Talmadge sisters Norma, Constance, and Natalie, who were silent film stars in the 1920’s. The quiet cottage includes a comfortable queen bed, full kitchen, eat-in breakfast nook, AC & heat, washer & dryer, smart tv, and wi-fi. Dine alfresco on the front patio or sip your morning coffee on the side patio off the bedroom. The space Madge’s Manor is a cottage unit situated in a garden backyard, behind the main house. It’s in the Talmadge neighborhood in San Diego, nestled between Kensington, SDSU, and City Heights areas. The I-15 and I-8 freeways are quick and easy to access. We are a short 15 minutes away from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown, Gaslamp Quarter, USS Midway Museum, Seaport Village, Old Town, and the beaches. The spacious 1-bedroom cottage has 499 sq ft of indoor space plus two small outdoor patios. There is a patio in front at the entrance and you can access the side patio through the bedroom French doors. In sunny San Diego, our outdoor space is extra living space. Guest access Guests can access the outdoor patios attached to the unit, but no access to the main backyard.
