Vivi's Balcony

Vivi's Balcony is a Casa Particular located in Playa Varadero, Cuba. We rent a private room with an ensuite private bathroom with hot water, a private living room with a small refrigerator, fan, air conditioning, a dresser with a mirror and access to the balcony. The room is on the second floor which is accessed by a 30-step staircase. The balcony overlooks an extensive green area. Third Avenue is a quiet area without noise, which allows you to relax in peace. Guest access The livingroom of the house is a shared area. Other things to note It's not allowed to cook in the room and smoking is only permited in the balcony.
