Our 60m2 attic apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building without elevator, please note that you have to climb many stairs before booking. Recommended to Earlybirds, there are no blinds in the individual bedrooms :) Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space In a building without elevator, the apartment is located on the 5th floor, it is important to know because there are many stairs to climb. As you can see in the photos, the apartment is attic-type in the bedrooms so watch your head :) The space of 60 m2 is small but used to consist of the following spaces: - a single common space with the kitchen, a dining table and TV. - A bedroom with 1 double bed 135x190 and TV - One bedroom with 1 single bed of 105x190 and TV - One bedroom with 1 single bed 105x190 and TV - 1 bathroom All bedrooms have a work desk, ideal for working or studying :) As you have seen in the pictures, there is no living room sofa area but each room has a TV so you can relax in the bedrooms or sharing a snack in the kitchen after a long day of sightseeing around the city. Being on the top floor, with attic ceilings in the bedrooms, the windows are velux windows on the roof. The only "normal" window is in the kitchen and there is another small window in the bathroom. It's a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning and heating by means of 3 split air conditioning units with heat pump in all bedrooms. In addition, to heat the space, you will have a wall radiator in the corridor. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 100 litres: once the water has been used up, you just have to wait for the water heater to fill up again. Restricted car zone: If you come by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which oblige you to park your vehicle in a car park unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car. Nearby parking: Parking Mercado de La Cebada (Pl. de la Cebada) Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will have to pick the keys for check-in at an establishment less than 15 minutes away from the apartment.
