Welcome to Manna! An Off-grid coffee plantation, remote, beautiful view of the hills, a stream to take a dip in and a night sky full of stars. You can wake up to a beautiful sunrise, to the chirping of birds and insects, stretch out on a yoga mat, short treks around, secret waterfalls, watch the sunset at Kabbe Hills surrounded by lush evergreen forests, campfire, relish simple authentic local cuisine, laze around with a book or just practice the art of 'Dolce far Niente' The space There are three rooms at the property. The price listed is for two rooms which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Requirement of one additional room can be booked for Rs. 3500 including breakfast. The rooms have wooden floors, period furniture and come with an attached bath. The rooms open to a large courtyard with magnificent view of the hills and beyond. Lunch and dinner is available only on pre order basis. Caretaker will help prepare meals for infants. There is a small patch of kaccha road less than a km from the main entrance to the property and a steep climb. After the main gate (property entrance) there is a mix of concrete and kucha road till the parking lot. Cars like Alto and even local autorickshaws navigate these roads. Other things to note This is an Off-grid farm which runs exclusively on Solar Power. Electrical equipment like Induction Heater, Kettle, etc. is prohibited. During monsoons, there is a remote possibility of power not being there, in such an event candles would be provided. All other amenities will be available. Please don’t rearrange the furniture, don’t eat in the bedroom, and clean up after yourself. Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the room. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Smoking is not allowed inside the room, but you can smoke in the outdoor areas. Please keep in mind that this is a homestay and do not expect services and facilities to that of a hotel. Please treat our house and staff with the same respect as you would do your own home.
