Several miles of hiking/biking/running trails are right across the street with the Tabeguache trailhead also nearby; additionally, the house is a few miles from downtown Grand Junction, centrally located between Palisade and Fruita, close to Colorado National Monument. Or just settle in and enjoy the comfort of resting and relaxing in your own space. The space The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 queen, 1 bunkbed with 1 twin/1 full. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with full bath tub/shower. The backyard is entirely fenced in with large, grassy yard, a back deck. Trails for running/hiking/mtn biking right across the street! Guest access Full access to the top floor of the house, backyard and driveway. There is a large garage in the backyard which is not available for guest use. Additionally, the 2-car garage attached to the house will be off limits for now although if guests prefer, we welcome them to reach out and we can likely accommodate (will just be a matter of moving a vehicle or two, but happy to do it).
