Apartment in rural setting

Welcome to live in a rural environment in a newly-built apartment that is decorated in an old carriage shed. The farm is nicely located in scenic surroundings 1.8 miles south of Lidköping. We are active farmers and foresters and have a small herd of Dexters (mini cows) as well as a small flock of chickens. It is close to nice hiking trails and in addition to the proximity to Lidköping, you can reach Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing port and Kinnekulle within 40 km. For those who travel by bicycle, the Vänerleden goes straight through the farm. The space The apartment consists of a large lovely combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the amenities such as induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Dishwasher tablets are included in the price. There is a smaller bedroom with a double bed, 160x200. The second sleeping area consists of a day bed that you can pull out to a double bed, 160x200. The sofa bed is located in the combined kitchen and living room. Bed linens are not included in the price but can be rented for SEK 150 per person. The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower and washing machine. Hand towel, bath towel, shower gel, toilet paper, detergent and fabric softener are included in the price. Sauna is available directly adjacent to the apartment. Cleaning of the apartment is not included in the price but can be purchased for SEK 800. There is a patio where you can enjoy nice views of pastures and gardens. You have the opportunity to barbecue or just cozy up around the fire pit and enjoy the tranquility and the nice surroundings. If you are lucky, our mini cows will come and say hello when they graze in the adjacent pasture. The patio with its small lawn is located on the same side of the road as the apartment and you have it to yourselves. On the other side of the small gravel road that goes through the farm is our private part of the property. It is not allowed to bring pets and we also do not want it to be smoked indoors. If there is thunder, the Wi-Fi will be turned off, which also includes the TV, to protect the electronics in the event of a lightning strike. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor, so you have to walk up two smaller flights of stairs to access the home. Directly inside the first door, below the stairs to the apartment, is the sauna.
