Come and relax in this gîte and discover the beautiful valley of La Creuse. Located 100 m from the river, in a small village of character and 9 km from Guéret. The cottage is made for nature lovers and to unwind. Many hikes are accessible directly from the cottage. You will also find the beaches of the country of the 3 lakes nearby. This accommodation is equipped with a pellet stove, dry toilet and all the comforts you need. Sheets and towels included. The space The accommodation consists of a living room-kitchen (with a sofa bed of 120 x 180) and dry toilets on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom (bed 140 x 190) bathroom upstairs (mezzanine). All on an area of about 35 m2 with a capacity of 3 adults or 1 couple and 1 child. You can enjoy a pleasant terrace outside with barbecue. For fishing lovers, we have direct access to the river just a 5-minute walk (across the road) from our garden. The garden, although private, is often appreciated for its beauty and peaceful atmosphere. It is not part of the rented space, but depending on the circumstances, we can sometimes allow visits – if you are curious to discover it, do not hesitate to ask us during your stay. The vacation rental is equipped with a pellet stove (with instructions for use), dry toilets on the ground floor (instructions for use displayed) and it has a staircase with a slight slope that is not suitable for the elderly or small children. We have 2 friendly cats that can be curious and seek your attention occasionally. If we are at home, you may also be able to see the chickens and ducks that walk around our garden. And hopefully, a few deer come from time to time to rest or drink at the small stream in the garden at the end of the day. Nature awaits you! Guest access To access the accommodation, a key box is available next to the front door. We will remain very available for your requests if necessary, because our accommodation is not far from the cottage. Other things to note We have left you some interesting addresses at the gîte, including restaurants, hikes to do, tourist sites to visit, etc. For shopping, the town of Guéret is only 9 km from the village.
