Escape into paradise within this impressive apartment with a small private yard, perfect for outdoor dining. Your comfort and security are of upmost importance with parking available within the gated and surveyed complex. Situated a short distance away from the beach, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The space Our home can host up to four guests. Two can be accommodated in the bedroom (Queen size bed - 160*200 cm) and an additional two guests can sleep on the sofa bed (Small size bed - 110*190 cm) in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a portable hob, stove, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine, all necessary pans , cups, plates and cutlery. There is a washer-dryer. We offer air conditioning with a heating function. You will have access to an iron with ironing board. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. We provide individual packed necessary toiletries. Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as spare towels for each guest. In the garden you can enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast or dinner. Guest access Guests will have use of the whole property an well as access to a swimming pool and a gym within the community. There is parking available within the gated and surveilled community. Other things to note Heating, cooking and hot water rely on electricity (there are no possible sources of carbon monoxide on the premises). Remember to add your pet to your stay as we have a pet fee (15 euros). The pool is closed (opens again 15th of June 2026). There is a 50 euros fee for the loss or destruction of the pool/gym key-card (if you take it with you when you leave, even if it's by mistake, you will still be charged).
