The modernly equipped apartment with balcony and lake view is located directly, with access via the in-house pool, adjacent to a large park. From the sun terrace on the roof you also have a fantastic view of the lake and can relax there in the house's own sun loungers, as well as by the pool. With nice walks you can reach the beach promenade of Gardone Riviera with the typical charming alleys, shops and restaurants within a few minutes. The space In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with induction plates, electric stove, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, coffee/Nespresso machine, as well as with pots, dishes and cutlery. Linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels are provided. On the sun terrace and by the pool, there are loungers and included in the price. On the balcony, there is a folding table, a clothes drying rack, as well as parasols and lounge chairs that can be used for the public beach. Guest access The lobby area with drinks/snack machine, the pool area, as well as the roof sun terrace are available to all guests. Please note the house rules and quiet hours.
