Master bedroom is equipped with King size bed and air conditioner also drawer, and the Kids bedroom has 1 single bed and also air conditioner and drawer. In the living room, it has sofa, tv, also the air conditioner. Guest access Swimming Pool is provides for you at G Floor. An access card is required to enter the area. Pakuwon Mall,filled with branded stores, and lots of foreign restaurant, can be accessed through 5 min walk. Free Parking for one car. Other things to note - For Monthly, and Yearly rent you must pay deposite IDR 4 Million. - For 28 days staying or more than 28 days, you will charged for a service charge is IDR 1Million per a month. - Water and electricity, will be charged per a month depending on usages (within 28 days or more) - Deposite will be returned after check-out proccess done within 7 work days by transfer. - For Daily Rent, you must pay deposite IDR 500k, and it will be returned back to you after check out with the maximum time 1x24H via transfer.
