The chalet has a privileged location, surrounded by the forest, and the entire balcony has this wonderful view. Birds, toucans, marmosets often appear. The river next door brings a delicious and relaxing noise. Guests will have access to the entire house, fast internet, swimming pool and barbecue, both from the condominium. We are not professional hosts: we decided to share the magical and invigorating energy of our chalet with nice people. We hope you enjoy it. The space The chalet has a kitchen, living room, suite and balcony on the ground floor and two more bedrooms and another bathroom on the mezzanine. Access is via stairs. The details are in wood and the living room has a full opening to the balcony, making it possible to integrate the rooms. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house, as well as a parking space. Other things to note * Bed linen, bath towels and dishcloths are not provided. * No parties, visits or guests are allowed. * The person responsible for the reservation must be present throughout the stay. * All guests must provide their full name, ID number and forward a copy of their ID through the platform. * Minors can only stay with their parents and documentation proving the family relationship. * Our chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. In the case of an exception for an extra guest, an extra fee will be charged. * In the case of accommodation with pets, previously agreed upon, an extra fee will be charged. * The swimming pool and barbecue are for the common use of the condominium. * The barbecue grill must be booked directly at the condominium entrance, with payment at the time of booking. * The TV, connected to the internet, does not have open channels: the transmission is by applications. * A car space is available in the condominium parking lot.
